Material Selection Service

$75 an hour OR select one of my PACKAGE OPTIONS.

•    Material Selection Service 
• Entire house .45 a square foot OR $250 per room ($450 exterior & kitchen/bathrooms).
• Includes online or in office selection of flooring, lighting, cabinets, countertops, and exterior materials.
• Excludes the cost of materials.
• Includes computer rendering of the room (lighting fixtures will be generic) if I have been hired to draft plans.
• Selections are noted on the construction plans so they are followed whether you choose one of the contractors I work with or one of your own.
